Personal History

Isao never knew her father, though she knew of him. She was born out of wedlock to Dai Isao. Quite a scandalous thing on Tserra. She spent most of her childhood ridiculed by the other children, and as such she threw herself into her toys, and mechanical creations. She was quite the black thumb. Once she came of age, she attended the Tserran Defense Force School of Engineering for the next four years, and upon graduation applied for and was accepted into the TDF Star Navy Officer Candidacy School. (TSNOCS) Four years later, she graduated and was given a commission, and assigned to Kitoiba Capital Defense fleet yards, where she served for the next two years supervising construction of starships. Eventually she was transferred to the fleet proper. Eventually, she was given the opportunity to transfer into the Naval Office of Intelligence. While she herself was never formally an intel officer, she did serve aboard specialized Naval Intelligence starships She would remain in this role until late 2400, when she was reassigned to act as a Liaison Officer to one of the Tserran Empires many allies.
