Tamarra James

Tamarra James is a Betazed leader from an alternate dimension. Cruel, ruthless and ambitious, she is a hated leader on her Earth. In the late 2300's, Tamarra conducted a series of experiments on the crew of the USS Potemkin, having discovered a way across the dimensions. Her particular lab rats - Drogan Aklar and Teagan Ceja. Drogan she nicknamed her "pretty rat." Ceja she hated. Tamarra James harvested the DNA of Captain James Mitchell, Drogan Aklar, and Teagan Ceja. Combining the stolen DNA with her own, she created a young boy named Owain. Owain was subsequently rescued and raised by Mitchell.
